Planning your event with Ember & Ash Mobile Cigar Lounge is simple and straightforward. Here are our booking policies to help you prepare:
Notice Requirement:
A minimum of 1 Week Notice is required for events. This allows us to deliver the highest quality service and meet your event needs.
Deposit policy:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please note that 80% of the deposit is non-refundable. This ensures we can maintain our commitment to providing top-notch services.
travel surcharge:
For events that require travel over 50 miles, an additional fuel surcharge will apply. Contact us for more details on the surcharge and how it may affect your booking.
